Tosha Faust was born Tosha Marie Haight in Pennsylvania on October 27, 1980. She was raised by Father Donald “Mark” Haight and Mother Lori Louise Haight. Tosha moved to Chandler , Arizona in 1985 with her parents and younger brother. At around the age of thirteen Tosha’s family decided to move to Gilbert, Arizona where she attended Junior high and high school. She always had a love for horses and soon thereafter began riding as her hobby. At the age of fifteen her parents bought Tosha, her first horse.
With her love for horses she began taking FFA classes in high school. This course required her to work at least 15 hours a week. At the age of sixteen she was the second office staff member to ever work for Mark’s Valley Grading. The office was so small at the time, she worked off of a built in plan desk stuffing envelopes and doing very entry level administration work. At that time Mark’s Valley Grading was so small it didn’t even have a computer.
Today Tosha is the Vice President of Operations. She not only is the VP of Operations for Mark’s Valley Grading, Mark’s Demolition and Excavating and Contractor’s Landfill and Recycling but, the mother of two wonderful little boys. Chandler, her oldest was born in 2006 and Crew was born in 2011. Chandler has a love for Karate and has recently received his brown belt and Crew has just started preschool and is following in his big brother’s footsteps as a white belt! They are the loves of her life! She no longer has the 15 hour work week she did when she first started and no longer has time to ride horses but, has greatly enjoyed working the last 18 years beside her father and brother and wouldn’t change it for anything.
